Tiaj cxi informoj aktualas la 2'a de Julio, gxi povas nun (se ne plu estas la 2'a esti parte malaktuala)

Ni kore bonvenas vin en la esperantan grupon ĉe Roskilde Festivalo 2011.
Ĉi tie iom da praktikaj informoj.
Ĉi-jare nia teamo enhavas 70 homojn, kaj ni estas same kiel pasintjare dividitaj inter du deĵoroj. La du grupoj estas la buda grupo kaj la porda grupo.
Pri la budo: Same kiel dum antaŭaj jaroj la budo situas proksime de la scenejo Arena, ĝi iomete translokiĝis sed troveblas en sama kvartalo de la festivalejo. Ni enmetos esperantistojn kaj homojn kiuj diligente studis en la budon kaj la laborlingvo en la budo estas esperanto.
Pri la pordo: Ni ĉi-jare ŝanĝas de pordego 19 al pordo 33 kiu konstituas la orientan ĉefeniron de la tendumejo - tamen ni iom helpas 2 vesperojn en pordego 19 kun teamoj de 6 homoj (do multe malpli ol antaŭe). La pordo 33 situas ĉe la orienta eniro kaj funkcios ekde la 25-a de junio posttagmeze. Tie ni devas ĉiutage havi 3 personojn kun unu radio la tutan tempon ĝis la 4-a posttagmeze.
Kiel pasintjare ni kreos bazon kun akvo, necesejo kaj manĝaĵoj. Bonvolu noti, ke ĉiuj devas helpi kuiri kaj purigi. Tiel ni ĉiuj kuniĝas en nia grupo kaj tio estas la sola maniero funkciigi la sistemon.
Ni ĉi-jare ŝanĝos la lokon por nia bazo al la orienta tendumejo, por ke niaj laborejoj ne estu tiom for de la bazejo. Tiel nia propra tendaro ankaux estos en la orienta parto.
GRAVA 1: Ni laboros, ripozos kaj manĝs en la orienta flanko de la
festivalo ĉi-jare, tio estas la kontraŭa flanko ol pasintjare. Por
eviti cxirkaŭiri la tutan festivalejon, bonvolu aperi ĉe la orienta
ĉefeniro, en la angla ĝi estas EAST 
Kiu fakte ankaŭ estas nia
laborloko, do simple, facile.
Ĝuste nun 52 el 70 lokoj estas plenigitaj, pli da partoprenantoj survojas, do se vi volas, ke via(j) amiko(j) kunfestu, zorgu ke ili aliĝu baldaŭ. Helpas, se ili volas veni por festi kun ni ekde la 25-a ĝis la 4-a (do la tutan periodon).
Via nomo devus aperi en la listo de partoprenantoj en nia retpaĝo nun, http://roskilde.festoklubo.dk/aligintoj Kiam pli da homoj estos akceptitaj, ili ankaŭ tie aperos.
GRAVA 2: Ne forgesu varmajn vestaĵojn kaj pluvkostumojn! Pasintajn jarojn la dioj pritraktis nin plejeble agrable, sed laŭ niaj unuaj spertoj en 2007, la vetero povas esti tre malseka!
La veteraj profesiuloj en Danio diras nuntempe, ke averaĝaj temperaturoj estos 15,5 dum la festivalaj tagoj kaj ni povas atendi iom se ne multe da pluvo. Ĝi iĝos multe pli preciza, kiam ni proksimiĝos la festivalon.

Dear all!
A warm welcome to the Esperanto Roskilde Festival group 2011.
This year we will be 70 in our group, working at 2 jobs - one guarding 2 entrances (a small gate a lot, and a big gate a little, both with radio operators) and one running a refund booth.
We more or less divide people like this: if you speak Esperanto or have studied intensely between now and festival start (at www.lernu.net) we will use you in the refund booth, if you speak Danish or if you don't speak Esperanto you will probably get the gate jobs.
As a perk, we have a base zone for eating and relaxing - though NOT for sleeping! There will be free food, however everybody is expected to take part in cooking and cleaning shifts. It brings us all together and this is the only way we can offer this service.
IMPORTANT 1: As we work, chill and eat in the East section of the
Festival, please do yourself and us the favour to arrive to the
Festival at the East Main Entrance. Otherwise you will have to walk
around the entire festival with all your dear belongings, oh no oh no.
The East Main Gate is ours, so you`ll be in good hands once arrived
As of right now 52 of our 70 slots are taken, that means that you can get a friend along, however the 2 main things that we look for when choosing people are whether you anyway are interested in esperanto language and culture and can you come to party with us the entire period 25th till 4th, both days at least partially included. … These are not strict rules but we prefer longer time together in our group and esperanto interest. When we get close to the festival if no one other have showed up we will slacken the rules and take anyone with hands but so far: good friends that will party long with us and learn a little esperanto.

IMPORTANT 2: A note on your must-have gear: The last few years the gods have been with the Festival, giving us happy happy weather all week, but as the mavericks of 2007 will remember Roskilde can become very, very wet. As in, darn why didn`t I bring my rubber dinghy wet. Therefore (and to make sure it will be perfect weather) - bring warm clothes and rain wear!
Find your best festival mood and think some happy thoughts, we will all hit Roskilde Festival and be fed the entire week - for FREE!!!
