Multajn salutojn de la esperanta teamo.

Estas tempo por konigi kelkajn faktojn: Tiun ĉi jaron nia planado estis terura, kaj Simono kaj Rasmuzo havis bebon (nun ambaŭ aĝaj ĉ. 6 monatojn), kaj elspezis ege maltro da tempo antaŭ la festivalo por reklamado kaj informado pri la daŭrigado de nia festo.

Ni ankaŭ vidas, ke la homoj, kiuj memstare revenas, estas la homoj, kiuj laboris ĉe la pordo, preskaŭ ĉiuj, kiuj laboris ĉe la budo pasintjare, ne realiĝis por la ĉi-jara festivalo. Tio signifas, ke fakte nun ni estas malgranda grupo da esperantistoj, kiuj organizas festivalteamon por couchsurfantoj, geamikoj, kaj geamikoj de geamikoj.

Tio en si mem ne estas problemo, eĉ se bedaŭre ni ĉi-jare verŝajne devos multe uzi la anglan lingvon kun multaj el la kunlaborantoj. Tio, kion ni faros nun, estas festi plej bone kun ĉiuj, kaj krei laŭeble multajn novajn esperantistojn - per kursoj, amikeco, montri ke ni estas la plej bonetosaj bonfrenezuloj kaj allogoj “la plej bona maniero por certigi vian venontjaran lokon estas lerni Esperanton”!

Pri la budo: La malbona novaĵo: Ni ne estas sufiĉe da esperantistoj por havi kiel laborlingvon nur Esperanton - bedaŭre Estas ankaŭ tiel, ke en la budo ni laboras kun mono, kiu ne estas nia, ĝi apartenas al la Festivalo, tial nia politiko estis meti esperantistojn en la budo, ĉar ni konas ilin pli bone. Se 'malaperus' mono, ni eble ne estos invititaj venontjare! Do jen peto labori plene kaj honeste, voluntulu por la budo.

Pri la pordo(j): Ni havas 32 lokojn, kaj el tiuj devas esti 10 danparolantoj, do restas lokoj por 22 nedanparolantoj. Se vi pensas, ke vi ne eltenos la streson de la buda laboro, voluntulu por la pordo. Petojn esperantlingvajn pri porda deĵoro ni traktos serioze … (verŝajne tro da nedanparolantoj petos, kaj ni devos elekti ĉiuokaze)

Nia estonteco dependas de vi, la aranĝo ĉe Roskilde estas la infano de la Dana Esperanta Junulara Organizo, bonvolu helpu ĝin evoluigi - por venontjare ni strebas ŝanĝi al manĝobudo anstataŭ budo kaj pordoj, por ke ĉiuj povu labori kune. Krome kun pli da reklamado ni certe povos havi pliajn esperantistojn, eble eĉ plejparton el la teamo. Se ni travivos tiun ĉi jaron, la RF11 aranĝo estas nur la komenco de granda aventuro! Se vi havas proponojn por plibonigi la aranĝon, volonte proponu, eblas ankaŭ partopreni la organizan teamon - laŭ via emo.

Nun ke la moralo estas metita en vian subkonscion: NI BEZONAS PLI DA HOMOJ… Ni nun havas 4 liberajn lokojn por nedanparolantoj, kaj 2 por danparolantoj.

Tamen estas kelkaj en ambaŭ grupoj, de kiuj mi ankoraŭ ne ricevis respondon, do ni havas spacon (kaj bezonon) por pli da bonaj homoj.

AL ĈIUJ: Respondu al tiu ĉi mesaĝo tuj, kiam vi vidas ĝin (bonvolu skribi 'Mi venos je la 25-a por festi dum la tuta semajno, kaj mi volontulas por la budo!'), ni dankas vin.

Vi aŭdos denove de ni, kiam aperos la muzikprogramo. SENPAGA Roskilde baldaŭ okazos denove! Ni antaŭĝojas pri festi denove kaj kun novaj kaj kun malnovaj geamikoj.

Lots of greetings from the esperanto team.

Time to throw some hard facts around; This year our planning have been terrible, both Simon and Rasmus have had a baby (now approx 6 month each) and have spent way too little time before the festival on advertising and informing that the party is ongoing.

Also we see that the people that come back by them selves are the ones that have been working the gate, almost everyone that last year worked the booth have not re-applied for this years festival. This means that we actually are now a relatively small group of esperanto speaking people that arrange a festival event by use of couch-surfers, friends and friends of friends.

This in itself is not a problem, but we remind you all that the secure way to next years team is to learn esperanto! And this year there will be an esperanto course to help you with that - also, our chief cook only speaks hungarian and esperanto.

That said let's move on to the “bad” news (as if the first confession of bad planning on behalf of the organisers were not bad enough) - the esperanto group is so small that we need to mix many of each group into the booth work, it is tougher mentally and physically than the gate … (thus we deduct because the only real difference between an average couch-surfer and an average esperantist is that the couch surfer haven't learned esperanto yet!) There is also this catch that in the booth we work with money, and it is not our own money, it belongs to the Roskilde Festival, therefore our policy has been to put esperantists in the booth due to the closer connection we have. If the money “disappears” we will probably not be invited to next years party! So here it is again, the plea towards honest hard work, please volunteer for the booth. Such an action will help us proceed offering all the opportunity of not only free entrance but also food, friends, a place to sleep and cheap beer in the base. It is more than the average volunteer gets!

With the gates: We need to use 10 danish speakers with radios in the gates, and there is 32 gate slots, so who wants to have one of the 22 slots with most of their work before the big festival starts and that their work load is easier than the rest's ? Any volunteers? (you may apply but everyone can't get this job)

We hope that you understand that we trust you with our future, this Roskilde Arranging is the child of danish espearnto youth, please help it evolve - Next year we attempt to change towards a food booth instead of gate and refund, so everyone can be together. Learn a little esperanto and come along, if we survive this year, this is but the small beginning of a great adventure! Learn esperanto, come along, learn esperanto! (Repetition is ok when the message is important.)

So with the morale song well on it's way into your subconscious: WE NEED MORE PEOPLE … We have right now 4 slots free for non danish speakers, and 2 for danish speakers.

However there are several individuals I have not heard from,so we have room (and need) for more good people. The least we can do is to fill our quota all the way, thus noone (the poorly planing organising team) will have to cover for empty slots.

EVERYBODY!!! RESPOND NOW to this message (please say “I will come the 25'th to party with you the entire week, and I volunteer for the booth!”) thank you. Or whatever, but please confirm that you are coming!

You will hear more from us as soon as the music program appears. Soon ROSKILDE is upon us FOR FREE … again! We are way looking forward to party with you, old friends as well as new ones!
